Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies...

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 small package chocolate pudding
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 sticks unsalted butter softened
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 Tbsp. baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2.25 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips chips of your choice
  • 1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips chips of your choice


  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
  2. First, cream together your sugar, brown sugar and softened butter. Then add in your eggs and vanilla, mix until combined.
  3. Then add in the small package of chocolate pudding, salt and baking soda. Mix them until they are combined.
  4. Then add in the flour. I usually add it a half a cup at a time.
  5. Once all of the flour is in and combined, add your chips of choice. I used white chocolate chips and mini semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  6. Put them on to the tray by tablespoons. I do 11 per tray.
  7. Bake for 9 minutes.
  8. After baking allow them to cool for a couple minutes and then Enjoy!
