Having an anxiety disorder is hard enough without having to live with this disorder and raise children. Being moms with anxiety disorder, can become quite overwhelming to live a regular life. With everything to do with motherhood causing you to go into a near panic attack, how do you even deal with raising children? Anxiety disorders are no joke and many people live with some form of anxiety.
Moms are very special. They give life, do everything they think is the best for their children, sacrifice a lot, make sure their children grow up to be decent and honest people and protect their children to the last breath. And do we appreciate that? Even if you do appreciate all that your mom does for you, how often do you neglect the act of showing appreciation to your mother.
A strong mom is one who loves her children, fiercely, without conditions but also knows when to be firm about rules and consequences should those rules be broken. Being a strong mom isn’t an easy job, but someone has to do it.
