My kids love bananas, yogurt and peanut butter, so I always have them around the house. I love my coffee, so I always have K-Cups around the house. I like trying to find different uses for my used K-Cups and seeing that is it so hot, what would be a better way to use them than by making refreshing K-Cup Pops!

They are just as good without the honey, but you could always use agave or another sweetener of your choice!

How do you know what amount of sea salt to sprinkle on top? I’ve had trouble with this before and it can make some spots too salty.

I usually just sprinkle like 6 – 8 grains and make sure I drop them in as evenly as possible.
