Spring is here and summer is on its way! That means it's almost time for outdoor fires and camp outs with the kids. You know that no fire or camp out is complete without some ooey, gooey Smores! Am I right?! Of course I am, so why don't you get into the mood with my Smore Coffee recipe!
My friends, over at Torani, sent me some of their Toasted Marshmallow Syrup and I immediately had Smores on the brain and you all know that I love my coffee, so I put the two together! Genius, right?!
Its pretty easy to make, but tastes like you've been roasting marshmallows over an open fire! Here is what you need to make a single serving of this Smore Coffee recipe:
- 4oz of your favorite coffee
- 1/3 cup of skim milk
- 2 tbs of Torani Toasted Marshmallow Syrup
- 1 graham cracker, half crushed, half whole
- Chocolate syrup
- Whipped cream
- Your favorite coffee mug
First, you want to add the Torani Toasted Marshmallow Syrup into your milk and then, froth your milk until it triples in the glass.
I frothed my milk with the frother on my Ninja Coffee Bar, but you can also use a hand frother or, pour the milk into a jar, seal it and shake the jar vigorously for 30-60 seconds!
Next, you'll put the coffee into your favorite mug, slowly add in your frothed and flavored milk and then, sprinkle half of the crushed graham crackers on top.
Now, top off your Smore Coffee with a nice amount of whipped cream, a drizzle of chocolate syrup, the rest of your crushed graham crackers and then, add in the whole graham crackers. (They are awesome for scooping up some of the goodness!)
There you have it! Some delicious Smore Coffee that you can enjoy inside, outside, or wherever you want it!
