Being a working woman and homemaker at the same time— it is extremely difficult to juggle between kids, home and work. Being a mom—which means taking care of the ones around us and at the same time ensuring that we do not ignore our own health. It’s very important that once in a while some cardio is done for better heart and lungs, stronger bones and most importantly reduced stress!

The stationary cycle is the best bet for those who want a good workout in the privacy of their home.Perfect for toning the legs and giving your heart a good workout, in just 30 minutes of cycling a day can reduce the risk of a heart attack by 60%. While cycling, which can become a little monotonous after time, I usually indulge myself in online bingo games using my mobile device which helps pass time.
Climbing stairs is widely regarded as one of the most efficient cardio and strength building workouts you can do. If you’re willing to put in the work, it provides the results!
Similar to the Stair Climber, the stepper works on hamstrings and glutes more effectively. Steppers are small and compact making it possible to exercise whenever you feel like it. In particular, they are great for training you lower body while helping you tone your legs getting a better butt. You can catch up on tv shows while you’re at it.
Jogging in a stationary position
It’s simple, accessible, gets the heart rate up and is a great way to warm up for more intense exercise.
