I really liked the portion sizes. They were smaller than a regular yogurt, so it was easy to include it in my day as a part of my meal or a tasty snack. I would often have it in the morning with a little fresh fruit.
I survived the Activia Challenge and I have to say I feel pretty great! It was an easy way to provide myself with a little bit of self-care, without having to exhaust myself in the process, because let’s face it, moms are busy!
