It is a pretty well-known fact that I love raising readers. I enjoy watching my children read. I love hearing them read to each other. Reading has always been a magical part of my life and I want them to have that magic too. I was offered the opportunity to share a newly published book with my kids, so of course, I jumped at the chance!
This House Needs A Mouse is written by C. Jeffrey Nunnally and illustrated Tamara Z. Brink.
A Mouse With A Mission…
A Rodent With Resolve…
Beautifully written and awesomely illustrated this book captured my children’s’ imaginations right away! My 8-year-old had to, yes “HAD TO” sit down and read it as soon as I opened the package. Once he had read it, he began to tell me all about the crumb-finder, the three families and how everyone has a purpose.
He then insisted that he needed to share it with his sister.
My 8-year-old and 3-year-old, sat on a couch while one read to the other.
No fighting, no annoying each other, just simply enjoying this wonderful story.
I took pictures because I needed proof!
This book would make an amazing gift or just a fun book to read. Both my 3-year-old and 8-year-old enjoyed it.
This House Needs A Mouse is available now on the book’s website, Amazon, Barnes and Noble, and Big Tent Books for $17.95. It is a beautiful and well made, hard cover book.
