It’s cold, delicious, healthy, simple to make and kids LOVE it!
Here is what you need:
makes 2-3 servings
1/2 cup of cinnamon applesauce (The cinnamon is important!)
1/2 cup of frozen fruit (We used blueberries this time.)
3 Tbs of vanilla almond milk (You could also use regular milk)
Blend together and serve!
It is like a cross between sorbet, sherbet and applesauce.
It is absolutely delicious!
