Tonight, I looked in my pantry and I looked in my fridge.
I pondered the question that everyone faces at one time or another.
What am I going to make for dinner?
I had a box of mini penne, a jar of traditional spaghetti sauce, a pound of ground beef, half a red bell pepper, 1 mushroom, a couple cloves of garlic and some green onions.
I thought about chili….
I thought about ordering out….
Then it hit me….
