Last night, we had Chili and Grilled Cheese. I always make A LOT of Chili. Rather than just having leftover chili, I reinterpreted it into Chili Cheese Burritos and Spanish Rice.
Very tasty and simple.
Spanish rice cooked according to the directions on the package, simply added diced green pepper, diced tomato and diced green onions. Spoon chili into a tortilla, roll it up, top with taco sauce and cheese. Bake till warmed through.
