It is another cold, rainy and dreary day here in the Midwest.
I wanted something warm, comforting and maybe, a little sweet.
With the leaves falling and the crisp weather moving in, I was reminded that it was fall and fall is time for pumpkins.
So, I made some Pumpkin Bread and served it right out of the oven with some Cinnamon Vanilla Butter.
Now, spray two loaf pans with cooking spray and pour the batter into the two pans. It doesn’t have to be perfect but, try to get it pretty even.
This next step is totally optional but, it is delicious and highly recommended. I sprinkle semi sweet chocolate chips on top of one of the loaves.
