These chicken drummies are simple, yet scrumptious!

Then season your chicken with salt and pepper.
When your pan is ready and your butter is good and melted, add in your drummies.
Put a lid on them and set your timer for 30 minutes. Drop your stove temp slightly to a low-medium.
Turn the drummies every 5-8 minutes to promote even browning and cooking.
After about 30 minutes, they look like this:
Golden brown and delicious but, wait, it gets better! At this point, sprinkle in your minced garlic and splash in your hot sauce and maple syrup. Toss the drummies in the pan for a minute or so, then remove from the heat.
Sprinkle on your fresh chopped parsley.

Preheat a skillet on medium heat and melt butter into the olive oil.
Season your chicken drummies with salt and pepper.
Place into your preheated skillet and allow the first side to sear. About 4-6 minutes.
Turn the chicken and put a lid on the skillet. Turn the heat down to a low-medium and set a timer for 30 minutes.
Turn the chicken drummies every 5- 8 minutes to promote even browning and cooking.
When the chicken is fully cooked and golden brown, add in the minced garlic, hot sauce and maple syrup. Toss the chicken around for a minute or two to get an even coating.
Remove from the heat. Sprinkle on your fresh chopped parsley and serve!
