The ingredients for the Cheesy Mashed Potato Bake:
Start by peeling and dicing your russet potatoes. I dice them into about 1 inch pieces.
Saute slowly until golden brown. Remove them from the pan, set them aside.
Drain your potatoes and put them back in the pan. Add butter, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, milk and sour cream. Mash those taters until they are fluffy and the seasoning in combined. (They are a little thick, you want them to be)

Then place 1/4 of your roast beef onto the sheet.
Fold the ends up and bring the corners in.
Place the French Dips and the Cheesy Mashed Potato Bake into your 375 degree oven for 13 minutes or until the French Dips are golden brown and delicious! I cut the potatoes into 4 squares and then serve with a little sour cream on top.
